As we grow, mature and transform in life, I learned that we have so much power and ability to shape out present and future reality.  We are not taught to use these abilities. Instead we are taught to worry about so many aspects of difficulties rather than mentally finding a solution.

As I experienced the ups and downs, trial and tribulation of life.  I realized that I had to control my own thought.  Once I obtained control of my thinking, I watched my life mold and change in a totally different direction, a direction that I believe is my destiny.  I feel as though mental peace leans and directs one to a more meaningful and purposeful life.

I would like to help humanity  achieve a mental state of peace.  Where the mind goes, the body follows.
