As we grow, mature and transform in life, I learned that we have so much power and ability to shape our present and future reality.  We are not taught to use these abilities. Instead we are taught to worry about so many difficulties rather than finding a solution.

As I experienced the ups and downs, trials and tribulations of life,  I realized that I had to control my own thoughts.  Once I obtained control of my thinking, I watched my life mold and change in a totally different direction; a direction that I believe is my destiny.  I feel as though mental peace leans and directs one to a more meaningful and purposeful life.

I would like to help humanity achieve a mental state of peace.  Where the mind goes, the body follows.
